	Integrate Pte Ltd, extrudes, fabricates & installs a proprietary aluminium railing & barrier system, Being a modular system, fabrication and installation of the product requires no welding at all. It is all mechanically joined together with total concealed fixings. The system comes either naturally anodized or with the option for powder or fluorocarbon coating.

	LIFEGUARD is fast to erect and requires no special tools. Note that the securing of the railing to the floor is totally concealed thus maintaining functional stylish characteristics.

	LIFEGUARD offers various system of barriers well recommended for road barriers, parks & pedestrian walkways. Also suited for apartment and condominium balconies, pathways, poolsides, planter boxes & air-conditioning ledges with our different series of jailbar and glass infills.

	Technical Aspects

	With the advancement in extrusion technology, aesthetic features are incorporated in the product without additional cost to the clients. The system offers a new range of shapes, breaking free from the standard off-the-shelf sections available in the past.

	Features Compact Lifeguard Barrier System are made from high strength marine grade AA6061-T6 extrusion held together by stainless steel bolts and nuts. This modular aluminium railing system is pre-fabricated in our factory and brought to site in panels, this way it allows easy on-site installation which lead to reduction in labour and installation cost.

	*Jailbar Series* The jailbar series comprises of runners and jailbars which we modify to create various designs and sizes to suite the every needs of architectural workpieces. *Glass Infill Series* Another series would be the glass-infill series, which allows for an unobstructed see-through railing system. This series enables glass of different tones to be chosen and incorporated into the system and it highly recommended for condominiums and shopping centers. *Solid panel Infill series* Have the same application but can be incorporated with perforated sheets or silk screen panels i.e for advertising purposes.

	Warranty 10 years against structural corrosion Test Standards AS 1170.1 , AS 1664 and PSB Tested with a maximum load of 2.35kN per panel {1.2m (w) x 1.0m (ht)}.
